It is rather a strange area.. most pirates gather around 2-3 systems in the middle, the outer ones are quiet, but that is because they are empty of targets usually.
The local pirates are crap tho, so you will have no problems pushin em out.
My gf lives down there so I got a clone to visit sometimes, so maybe we´ll run into eachother.
